The task
Pointslook's task was to help the client obtain and structure important data that is crucial for business success. The client often lacked complete information such as customer addresses, product data, market analysis and competitive data. pointslook was tasked with filling these data gaps - either through manual research by experienced analysts or by using specialised algorithms and robots for fast and accurate data collection.
The aim was to create a comprehensive, structured database that would enable the client to present its products and services more professionally, make informed decisions and better assess its market position. In addition, the optimised data quality should enable the client to develop targeted and cost-efficient marketing strategies and improve personalisation and automation in marketing.
