Status of compatibility with the requirements

This website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of BITV 2.0 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA. The assessment is based on an exemplary analysis.

Preparation of this declaration

This declaration was created on 3 July 2025 and is based on an independent systematic expert review by repalogic GmbH. The analysis combined automated tools (e.g. Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) with manual tests (including keyboard, screen reader NVDA and contrast testing).

Content of the test

Four central pages of the pointslook.com website were analysed:

  1. Homepage

  2. about us page

  3. Contact page with contact form

  4. Reference page

These pages cover essential usage scenarios, such as providing information, making contact and project examples. This selection corresponds to the recommendations for representative page testing in accordance with WCAG 2.1 / BITV 2.0.

Identified barriers

The audit revealed the following barriers, among others:

  • Missing alternative texts or insufficient description of images

  • Insufficient colour contrasts in some places

  • Form input fields not correctly linked to labels

  • Focus indicators partly not visible

  • Error messages on forms cannot be captured programmatically

  • Semantic structure (e.g. headings, ARIA roles) incomplete

Planned measures

The barriers mentioned have been documented and will be gradually eliminated as part of future technical updates. The aim is full conformity with BITV 2.0 and WCAG 2.1.
