The project
The task
The task was to develop a system that would serve as a powerful platform for managing content and descriptions and provide users with access to an extensive collection of standardised, structured texts. The aim was to provide consistent and unique content that ensures standardised terminology, optimal comparability and high SEO relevance. This should enable users to create their content more efficiently and keep their descriptions consistent without wasting time.
The system should provide configurable access for the customer's partners, allowing them to independently manage their machines and systems, update offers and obtain evaluations. The system needed to enable automatic and seamless distribution of offers to external portals in order to maximise reach and reach new target groups.
A central database was needed to simplify the management of different sales channels and optimise the presentation depending on the target portal. This automation should minimise the administrative effort and enable the system to be flexibly adapted to new markets and portals in order to further expand the market presence and sales opportunities.
The process

In this step, the client's needs and expectations were comprehensively analysed in order to clearly define the main requirements for the system and the project objectives.

A central database structure has been developed to provide standardised, retrievable content and to enable consistent management of information and descriptions.

An intuitive user interface has been developed that offers individually configurable accesses for both users and partners to facilitate operation and ensure flexibility.

An automated system for providing unique content and distributing offers to external platforms was implemented to increase reach and consistency.

The system was designed to automatically adapt the display of the offers for different target portals and ensure that the content is optimally displayed.

After an extensive test phase, the system was made available.
