In a fast-moving, digital world, Liebherr has set itself the goal of revolutionising the earthmoving and material handling sector not only technologically, but also in terms of information technology.
The 'MyGuide for Earthmoving' app makes this vision tangible: A centralised platform that makes it easier for both consumers and professionals to access comprehensive information, products and news from Liebherr to the industry.
With intuitive navigation and a user-friendly dashboard, the application provides access to technical data on Liebherr products and creates space for inspiration.
Whether it's the latest news from the construction industry, innovative machine features or detailed product comparisons - 'MyGuide for Earthmoving' presents all aspects clearly and concisely.

The process
End customer app for Liebherr earthmoving and material handling machines

The project objectives were defined in order to provide a central platform for customers and experts. Market requirements and success criteria such as user-friendliness were analysed.

A specification sheet with all functional requirements was created, technical resources checked, the basic structure designed and intuitive navigation and the dashboard conceptualised.

A user-friendly and brand-compliant design was created that clearly displays content. UX tests ensure easy navigation and responsive design for all devices.

A stable, scalable backend has been developed that centrally manages machine data, technical specifications and industry information and ensures smooth data updates in real time.

The user interface has been programmed and search and filter functions integrated so that users can search and navigate specifically for machines and features.

Product data and Liebherr machine details have been integrated into the app, a news system for industry news has been integrated and a product comparison function has been added.

Usability tests and device compatibility tests were carried out to ensure user-friendliness. Bugs have been fixed, loading times and the entire data processing optimised.

Content and data are updated regularly to ensure they are always up to date. User feedback and new developments are continuously incorporated into improvements and updates.
